The Vorpal project is one forged with strong percussive embellishments and live electronic integration. It is the outlet for Cam Volkiene to showcase a fusion of progressive, psychedelic, and driving techno by the means of hybrid DJ/live sets.

Vorpal is an official representative of Australia’s industry-leading tech label – Stone Seed as well as an honourable resident DJ at Sydney’s reigning underground techno event – Church of Techno. He recently released his debut compilation ‘Mydrasis’ through Stone Seed, injecting style and concept into the fibres of his home label, which was then met with great international recognition.

Gathering high acclaim in the short time since the project’s inception, Vorpal has quickly gained a solid fan base through electrifying performances on the festival circuit, namely Earth Frequency, Elements, Sprout and Origins of Entropy.
