Profound Sounds Entertainment – berry juicy DJ Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

The winner of the Opening DJ Competition must be at least 18 years old and live in Australia. 

2. Prize Details

  • The winner is entitled to a 1-hour set opening for berry juicy in April 2024.
  • The set will be professionally recorded and uploaded to all Profound Sounds Entertainment social channels.

3. Master Class Session 

The winner will have a seat at DJ Lion’s 2-hour Mixing Master Class.

4. Travel and Accommodation

If the winner resides outside of Brisbane, Profound Sounds Entertainment will cover the cost of return flights and accommodation.

5. Guest Passes

The winner will receive two guest passes for berry juicy to share the experience with friends.

6. Recording Rights

Profound Sounds Entertainment retains the right to share the recorded content across all social media platforms, with no timeframe of rights.

7. Attendance Requirements

The winner must be in Brisbane for the entirety of the day of berry juicy to ensure they are not late to the event.

8. Music Expectations

As this is an opening spot (a warm-up set), Profound Sounds Entertainment specifically seeks a focus on minimal house or techno. The winner is expected to curate a set that complements the overall atmosphere of the event, aligning with the electronic music genres featured at berry juicy (the opening set will be followed by WILMA)

9. Commitment To Quality

The winner is expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanour throughout all interactions and engagements with Profound Sounds Entertainment.

10. Publicity Release

The winner agrees to participate in any promotional activities, including but not limited to interviews, photo sessions, and social media features.

11. Compliance With Rules

Failure to comply with any of these terms and conditions may result in the forfeiture of the prize.

 

By accepting the prize, the winner acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions set forth by Profound Sounds Entertainment.
